It is great to look outside this time of year and see my 'Grand Primo' daffodils opening up to say hello.
I love the long lasting blooms and the thick green foliage.
I think these flowers come at just the right time of year to cheer up a winter garden!

Oh, I love these. They are so beautiful. Hope you have a great weekend:)
My Daffs are all in various stages of growth. Yours are a delight!
They are a beautiful sight! I'd love to be able to grow Daffodils!
Amy,
Never heard of these daffs, look fabulous. We just have a handful of buds on our daffs so far. We do have 3 types of crocus in bloom.
Wow! How amazing that you have daffodils blooming already!
Daffodils! How pretty. I cannot believe you have so many blooms already. Mine keep growing although they really should not be this time in winter. The weather has been too mild. Your Grand Primo are so delicate looking. Beautiful Amy.
That is a nice stand of cheer! Bet they loved that rain!
These are lovely. I'm so new at this, by the time I realized I could buy bulbs that would come up in January, within days, we'd had our first frost. So, my bulbs are in the closet. I'm hoping I can plant them next year!
Lovely!
They're beautiful and so cheerful!! I rarely know the names of my daffs since I usually buy the value packs. They end up with names like "the yellow one by the white and orangish one". :o)
Amy, It is wonderful to see signs of spring on a snowy Canadian morning.
Yes Amy, they are so beautiful, especially those against the blue sky. And the last photo looks so lush and healthy, the leaves look like artificial.
[In my post, yes the plant you mentioned is a Calathea, others call it prayer plant because they stand upright at dusk like hands in prayer position]
I’ve awarded you the Versatile Blogger Award: http://bit.ly/yhCUbI. Yay!!
Nice cheer-up! Looks like you went right from fall into spring. Will have to cruise some older areas of town, to see where the daffodils, crocus, iris, etc are at.
Friendly faces in the garden.
Thanks for the post mate you have written it very well.
They are very reliable. I love how they make it through all types of our weather.
